Juvenile renal dysplasia, or renal maldevelopment, occurs when the kidneys fail to develop properly. This results in a congenital chronic kidney disease that is progressive and can be fatal. We are investigating a genetic component in Boxers.
We are in need of blood samples and/or Embark raw data from Boxers diagnosed with renal dysplasia at less than three years of age.
